地鐵站交收服務

全店觀塘線地鐵站免費交收

如果（香港時間）下午4:00之前成功下單及付款，訂單通常會在兩個工作天內交收除非指明在產品資訊。詳情請下單後，聯絡本店安排。

本地送貨服務

a）送貨上門到任何香港住宅，商業或工業地址。

b）送到任何香港順豐速運網點提取

1. 單一訂單之金額是在扣除所有適用的折扣，促銷優惠，優惠券和現金回贈後計算的。

2. 每單裝運以公斤遞增計算，不足1公斤亦以1公斤計算。本地送貨服務的運送重量限制為19公斤，如果您的訂單超出重量限制，請聯繫客戶服務。

3. 如果（香港時間）下午4:00之前成功下單及付款，訂單通常會在兩個工作天內發貨除非指明在產品資訊，並在1-2天內送到。預計的運送時間以工作天計算，不包括發貨當天，週末和公共假期。偏遠地區，或其他原因例如天氣，自然災害和無法控制的情況可能會延長運送時間。

4. 運費為到付形式並以順豐計算為準

正確的送貨信息

如果您的訂單由於貨運信息不正確而未能交付給您，這可能需要多一點時間追蹤處理。 

更正／更改送貨地址而引申的貨物重新配送的額外收費，將由速運公司向客戶收取。

Local Delivery

a) Door Delivery to any residential, commercial or industrial address within Hong Kong.

b) Deliver to a S.F. Express Self Pick Up address within the Hong Kong S.F. Express Network.

Remarks

1. Single net purchase amount is calculated after deducting all applicable discounts, promotional offers, coupons and cash rebate.

2. Shipments are calculated in 1 Kg increments, weight in decimal Kg will be rounded up to the nearest Kg. Local Delivery services are subject to a shipping weight limitation of 19 Kg, please contact Customer Service if your order exceeds the weight limitation.

3. Orders placed before 4:00PM (HKT) are usually dispatched within 2 working days unless otherwise specifically stated in the product details and delivered within 1-2 working days. Estimated transit time is based on working days, excluding the day of shipment pickup, weekends and public holidays. Longer transit time may occur for remote areas or delays due to but not limited to weather, natural disasters and force majeure.

4. All delivery cost is paid on arrival and calculated based on SF express. 

Correct Shipping Information:

If your order is not delivered to you due to incorrect shipping information, it may be disposed after a period of time.

Address Correction Service Charge will be applied by carrier for each redirection delivery or change in shipping address.
